No, prior experience is not strictly required. We provide comprehensive training, weekly coaching, and mentorship to help you develop the skills you need to succeed as a Sales Advisor and beyond.

The HPT is an elite standard within our team reserved for individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional sales performance, leadership, and a strong commitment to our core values.
How does the career progression work?
Every member starts with a strong foundation and has the opportunity to progress from NEW HP to HPT HP, Team Leader, and eventually Health Manager through structured guidance and performance milestones.
